Now some say PMCs exist outside the law (note this link is a video cotains supposed
video of mercs driving down the street and opening fire on everyone note as far as youtube goes this video was credited to both blackwater, and Aegis notice both are the same video but credited to differnt merc units.. which brings a great question to the accuracy it maybe video shot by terriorist or another orginzation please keep a open mind and do not jump to conclusions.), some push that they
are a necessity of this world.

Ill present some simple facts, In todays world there are advantages
of having armies that are not connected to the normal army's such
as getting past red tape, to freeing up troops from from the needs
of multiple sensitive jobs, to provide assistance to already thin
lines.

Now some say PMC's have performed duties outside what some
may say legal bounds.. well I will counter with this...

All men and women are cable of performing Evil or Good, since that
is so there will always be wicked man and good man, and you cannot
put them all in one melting point, and go they are bad because guy B
did something bad.

Possibility the creation of controls and procss measures may de elevate
some of this situations but really this is all speculative...

A control is established to prevent something, too many controls can
easily limit the effectiveness of any fighting unit, so they must be careful
how they are established and used.

A process measurement is a method evaluating if the policies and procedures are being
followed such as sending in a officer to randomly observe missions to ensure
that the policies and procedures were followed.

I try to keep a open mind, what we have here is a double edged sword, the
greatest weapon of a pmc is the fluidity of the pmcs to take that away would
make them less effective and there is the problem where is the limit and what
is too much...

I do not think the politicians know and I doubt they care... lets discuss what
does everyone else you think.
